Melissa and Kevin married at The Charles Hotel in Cambridge, MA. Their goal was to throw a laid back party with amazing food and drinks, and they certainly did just that! We started the day with photos around the hotels’ exterior and at John F Kennedy Park – a spot they frequent with their dogs, Bonnie and Stella. We loved that we could include Bonnie and Stella in some of the photos. Such good girls!
Table and Tulip made sure the entire event was deck out to the nines with gorgeous flora abundance. Melissa and Kevin danced with their friends and family from the start of the reception until the very end. It was a magical day.

How did you both meet?
Melissa & Kevin: “The internet.”
What was the most memorable part of your wedding day?
Melissa: “I accidentally left my engagement ring on my finger and didn’t realize until Kevin and I were facing each other and holding hands during the ceremony. I somehow managed to make him aware and he helped me pull it off my finger and put it in his pocket with no one noticing. It was something silly we shared in secret while we were on a literal pedestal being watched by everyone we knew.”
Kevin: “Seeing Melissa walk down the aisle. Most of the rest is a blur because I was so happy I was going to marry such a wonderful and beautiful person.”
What was the funniest?
Melissa: “My brother decided to run through the potted plants on the stage and almost knock them over when he got confused.”
Kevin: “Danny going through the plants was 100% one of the funniest things I’ve ever seen. Nothing can top that.”
Advice for future couples?
Melissa: “Remember it’s about the two of you and your union. Everything else is just background noise so don’t stress over anything. And don’t drink too much the night before the wedding so you can enjoy everything you put all that effort into planning.”
Kevin: “Incorporate as many of the important things to your relationship as possible in your day. Remember the day is for you and for celebrating love, and that the rest of the things will fall into place. That being said…having someone as focused on details like Melissa as your partner also makes it really easy…”
