Cape Cod Beach Wedding – Julia and Brian had, what we think, was the most beautiful Cape Cod Beach Wedding! The weather people were predicting a wash out, but as you will see from the images below we had quite the contrary! Julia and Brian had their ceremony at The Corsair & Crossrip Hotel right newt to the beach. Then everyone headed up the road to Brian’s family beach house for a beautiful and relaxed backyard reception. There was plenty of yard games, places to sit in the sun, lots dancing and delicious food by KO Catering and Pies. But we won’t keep you. The images speak for themselves, and well, there are so many. 😉
So grab a drink and enjoy scrolling through this perfect Cape backyard celebration!

JULIA+BRIAN
How did you both meet?
Julia: “Through Cherstin (Julia’s Sister), she was friends with Bri first, so we’ve always kind of known each other, but we didn’t start dating until the end of my freshman year of college in 2007. “
Brian: “Through Julia’s sister Cherstin. I have been best friends with Cherstin since High school.”
What was the most memorable part of your wedding day?
Julia: “For me it was our first dance. I think it just solidified how happy we both were to be married, and obviously I was an emotional wreck but in the best way possible. It felt like it was just the two of us, and then to feel how happy everyone was for us, is a feeling I can’t even describe. I know nothing in life is perfect, but that moment was the closest I’ve ever come.”
Brian: “The complete 180 the weather took. Very hurricane-like in the morning to the most beautiful day in the afternoon/night for the ceremony and reception.”
What was the funniest?
Julia: “The funniest part was either when Matt played “just can’t wait to be king” at the ceremony or when Bri and I shared the sugary/disgusting icing!” Brian: ” Being iced by my best man, then having my new wife step up to finish it off after giving me grief about giving into the icing in the first place.”Advice for future couples?
Julia: “Don’t sweat the small stuff, a lot easier said than done! Also, people are way more capable of planning things on their own than they give themselves credit for, you don’t have to spend a fortune on a wedding planner to figure it out. Lastly, have fun and enjoy it, it’s a blast!”
Brian: “Planning your own wedding (without a wedding planner) can be a little stressful at times but the end result is way more enjoyable when you know how much effort you have sunk into it. Shop around; just because something costs more doesn’t necessarily mean it is better. Use vistaprint for wedding invites, save the dates, etc. – great quality and a fraction of the cost. Last but not least: Remember that it is your wedding and you can do whatever you want.”
