How did you both meet?
Brigitte: “Funny story, we matched on tinder (cliché) and ended up becoming snap chat friends for months, which led to Glenn inviting me to a party on new years day. Which led to me unfortunately yakking on Glenn and embarrassing myself. Glenn once told me, that was the moment he knew “I was perfect” (for him).”
What was the most memorable part of your wedding day?
Brigitte: “Glenn’s face when I was walking down the isle, it’s not everyday I can read is emotions so being able to see his reaction was priceless for me.”
What was the funniest?
Brigitte: “When our rings took a tumble to the ground during the ceremony, it added character to the moment and sort of eased my nerves a bit.”
Advice for future married couples?
Brigitte: “Honestly, due to being in North Carolina, my parents did much of the planning, venue, cake, invitations, flowers, finding an amazing photographer (you); … having someone help coordinate and ensure details are met is a HUGE help regardless of whom it is: parents, best friends, professional event planners, etc. I wouldn’t have remembered everything without them guiding the way. They made my dream come true.”
“ALSO, finding a time to coordinate and “go missing” to take a breathe was needed for Glenn and I during the reception, we ate our meals and as our guest ate we slipped away briefly to take a breath. The wedding goes by so quick, we were happy we got to take a moment and view it from a far and see all our family and friends enjoying the time.”
