Are you looking for a truly unique venue for your wedding day? Then a Laurel Ridge Bed & Breakfast wedding is for you. A Laurel Ridge Bed and Breakfast wedding is an intimate and private experience. The B&B is located in Warren MA, which is just 10 minutes from Brimfield Antique Show, Salem Cross Inn and 15 minutes from Old Sturbridge village.
Laurel Ridge Bed and Breakfast is 4,500 square foot, handcrafted log home on 60 acres of quiet woodlands. Their operation is extremely green, uses no fossil fuels and can be considered “off grid”. All of their electrical power comes from their own 17,000 watt solar array and a 2000 watt wind turbine. The lumber used to construct the log home mostly came from the property. Many white pines were knocked down during the June 1, 2011 tornado, and were subsequently used in the construction.
This pristine woodland property is quiet and ideal for those who love and respect nature.
For breakfast, owners Linda and Eric Esiason, make delicious dishes and treats from their own eggs, garden vegetables and fruits. I have seen these in real life …. Oh YUM!
Laurel Ridge Bed & Breakfast HAS MANY BEAUTIFUL SPACES FOR YOU TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF
Laurel Ridge has three large Guest Rooms for getting ready and the wedding night. Two loft bedrooms and a Master Suite on the main level. The Master Suite is perfect for a bridal getting ready space, with cathedral log truss and beam ceilings and large windows. The Master suite also has a private bath and whirlpool tub.
The Great Room is a gorgeous, spacious common area with a granite fireplace and 30 foot high ceilings. Breakfast is served in The Sun Room or outside on one of the large decks which wrap the home.
The Grounds are sprawling and beautiful. As you pull up to the B&B, you are greeted by an orchard of fruit trees. This area is wonderful for photos, especially a private first look! Behind the log home is an expansive lawn. Here you will find the ceremony area and the Pavilion and plenty of room for a tent, if needed.
The Ceremony area is beautifully shaded by tall pines in the afternoon. White chairs are included for your ceremony.
The Pavilion is up on a small hill over looking the property. The Pavilion can accommodate 60 guests and includes chairs and a dance floor. Portable restrooms are also included.
Booking your wedding
Booking your wedding early is highly recommended. Only one wedding is hosted per weekend and only two per month. The Pavilion can accommodate 60 guest, but Laurel Ridge can host weddings up to 100 guests.
An event coordinator is required for larger events. I think this is a wise choice to insure a stress free and smoothly run event. Most vendors are required to have insurance and liability.
Many wedding packages and add on options are available, so be sure to check out their offerings. The property is owner occupied, so you will be sure to have a catered and supported experience.
