Evelyn & Nicole – Berkshire Hotel Elopement – Wheatleigh
Evelyn & Nicole’s Berkshire hotel elopement was a stunning, intimate celebration tucked into the snowy hills of Lenox, MA. They chose a secluded and luxurious setting to exchange their vows. Elopements can be just as meaningful and elegant as a large wedding.
They got ready together in a private two-story suite, each wearing custom-made suits featuring floral ties, pocket squares, and personalized embroidery inside their jackets. They had a heartfelt ceremony officiated by their dear friend Bonnie. Afterward they shared their first dance and even cut their wedding cake—just the two of them, savoring every moment.
Outside, the February snow added a touch of magic to their portraits. Bundled in matching cream-colored pea coats and monogrammed boots, they embraced the winter landscape for photos. As night fell, twinkle lights and sparklers lit up the evening, making for some truly breathtaking images.
Their elopement took place at Wheatleigh, a historic luxury hotel in the Berkshires. Originally built as a summer home for a railroad magnate, the estate has hosted celebrities, fine dining experiences, and some of the most exclusive getaways in Western Massachusetts. Though it is currently closed, its storied past and timeless beauty make it a dream location for intimate celebrations.
