Kristen and Matt’s Wedding had it all!  Kristen carefully planned all of the gorgeous reception details.  They prepared a wine box time capsule with notes to one another, which Kristen and Matt closed with hammer and nails during the ceremony.  Their “guest book” was a finger print family tree!  How cool!?  And let’s not forget the trolley that drove us all around.  But most importantly, Kristen and Matt had the most amazing family and friends by their sides.  Kristen and Matt’s parents sat together during the ceremony!  Amazing and beautiful.  I have never seen two families more excited to become one big family.

How did you both meet?

 Matthew:  “Orchard Hills Athletic Club, CPR certification. Some might call it puppy love, but I knew the minute I laid eyes on her she was going to be an important part of my life.”

What was the most memorable part of your wedding day?

Kristen:  “Being able to see the amount of love in the room.  Matt and I are so lucky to have such amazing family and friends and to have them all in one room really warmed my heart.”

Matthew:  “The wedding party introductions.  Without question the most unique approach to wedding party intros I have ever seen.  (And I am not just saying that because it was my idea.) :)”      For real, hire Matt for your wedding.  We did!

What was the funniest?

Kristen:  “Matt bending the nail when hammering it into the time capsule.”

Matthew:  “Our trolley ride completely redefined the world of trolley rides.  It was an absolute blast!!!”     Thank you for letting us ride with you.  So glad we could capture it!

Advice for future brides and grooms?

Kristen:  “So many couples have told Matt and I that the day goes by so fast so we took their advice … take a moment, or two, to step back and just watch.  Take it all in, and don’t forget what the day really means for the two of you.”

Matthew:  “Don’t forget the rings.  For the love of GOD, DO NOT FORGET THE RINGS!”
